It’s a very common strategy in 3v3 and 4v4 to mass carriers because they are just good. Mass Phoenix are a really good way to counter that. Then once the air war is won just switch to Carriers your self.

its been a while since i played starcraft so idr where it is, but somewhere in the settings should be a setting for alternate spectator UIs. some of them are designed to have better displays for team games than the default interface

Back when I played, just to prove a point. I massed Phoenix all the way to Masters in 4v4. I lost like maybe 2 games. Phoenix are strong when you can let someone else destroy buildings as most buildings do not attack back. There's very few things Phoenix cannot deal with or work around. Even if you force 20 turrets at a base, that's a win. Or force their army to sit back. You can join any fight, answer any attack, pickup key targets. Even mass Marines only does so well against it. In fact, only issue I had was vs mass zerglings, due to their cost outweighing my energy expenditure.

Solid game! As a zerg, I don't feel like the PTR changes are that great. The hydra change is a nerf in most scenarios, because you don't even get access to the ability until Hive. The queen cost increase is a much bigger deal than Adam and Jeff make it out to be. Still, protoss did get it worse. Without battery overcharge, I wonder if PvP will return to being 1 base again. Of course, we'll have to wait and see which changes make it into the live game. If this is as bad as everyone thinks it is, the results of the PTR should show that, and I hope they will make adjustments accordingly.

lol, it's obvious blue is going to win as soon as you see the team chat. If the replay has blue teamchat, that means somebody from blue sent in the replay and nobody uses a "Guaranteed NordVPN Replay" on a game that they lost. Red might have had teamchat, but we didn't see it because the player didn't see it.
