Hey, i represent that remark! Its true, plat is in the weird zone where you KNOW how the game is played, but possibility for insane game throwing mistakes is still there. You surpassed the silver and gold players by having a more consistent build order and the primordial beginnings of micro, but you can still walk 100 army supply into their doom accidentally or forget to macro while being harassed by superior players.

Yeah in hindsight it was an overreaction. I saw the probes peace out so didn't want to waste minerals at a dead base. Then I thought I should get the gateway and nexus anyway so I started building again. Should have left that cannon.

If you’re spending that time micro-ing this group of zealots, that can’t even attack the void rays attacking them, you’re wasting time with units that aren’t gonna get anything done. Either use recall to save them, or just let them die and macro up back home.
