You need nullifier to dispell all the protection items! Also you can go hex in case of puck, willow, dazzel, ww, etc where they can use spell to save themselves! But most effective and simplest counter for this strat is linked sphere, if LS has nothing on him to waste linken, he can not do anything!

We can see that its need to aim paper supports first, and countered by usual support items like eul, aeon, ghost. Slower than this, its gonna be slow and quickly irrelevant in the game. He must use his friend using alche to get the buff, making two carry heroes doing inefficient item build. But, maybe it is broken and become like competitive agh build like beast master.

Few facts: Recall auto dispelled no matter if you use eul or ghost scepter. Relocate forces LS to go out from enemy Evasion works with that build So, make 5 butterfly if LS didn't have MKB

PS.... on the onset of the video, he did ask if you are ready to lose MMR... I personally think his strategies are great... just needs tweeking and you need to adapt, for certain match-ups, but still very creative... I don't understand the hate at all... at the end of the day, it's your loss if you take these things too seriously... it still is "just a game".
