You mentioned the word burden, in reference to a disabled person. They are not a burden. Anyone who would consider a disabled person a burden "should walk a mile in their shoes"! Then think about what they said on a public platform. Not knowing who would be hearing what is being said;

Poor speakers for professional level work and much out of date information. ( Probably considered correct at the time) , but such an important topic is worthy of updating.

Up to 30% of the protein eaten can be lost in the body processing it so it can access the AA. The figures quoted seem to NOT factor that in, or do they? If 100 grams were to be eaten, only 70 grams would be available? So if you wanted or needed 100 grams, no doubt you'd need to eat 130 grams? As for the jist of the upload, big thumbs up from me. Thank you for uploading and sharing. ❤

Dietary protein intake utilization can be increased by properly done strength training - and timing is important too, as the body's most efficient protein uptake is within 30 - 60 minutes of breaking down muscle fiber (as is done in a resistance training workout). The body at that point is looking for materials to use to re-construct and build on those fibers that have been broken down in the workout. Also the bio availability of proteins can be affected by the structure of the molecules, and hence, many protein supplements are designed for max uptake. for example, my understanding is that whey protein isolate is more accessible than whey protein concentrate. (and subsequently, products containing isolate tend to be more $$, of course).

Milk is lactose which is sugar.

Contains lactose, but is so much more!

Milk is 1/3 carbs, 1/3 protein and 1/3 fat Pretty much a balanced food. Want less lactose use heavy cream or 1/2 n 1/2...

The nutritionist is WRONG about saturated fat and insulin. Animal protein and saturated fat reduce insulin and can reverse type 2 diabetes. This is the WORST dietary advice I have ever seen. Foods with labels are PROCESSED!

And bagels, toast, and berries drive insulin which stores more fat.

You should talk about cholesterol... some of the foods you are suggesting have saturated fats cause problems

Pedestrian delivery and not always accurate information e.g. animal and saturated fats are bad.

Not so bad according to current research.

Animal foods and saturated fats are proving to be the most healthy foods for humans, despite what we have been led to believe for the last century. Research shows the original epidemiological studies done in the 1970's on the cause of heart disease did not show the cause to be meat or saturated fats. In fact research shows the cause is processed carbohydrates and sugar. Another contributing food leading to our metabolic ill health are seed oils (canola, sunflower, ricebran, etc). Check out Nina Teicholz youtube videos, she is one of hundreds who have shed light on this most important subject. Dr Paul Mason, Dr Anthony Chaffe, Dr Ken Berry, Dr Philip Ovadia (heart surgeon) Dr Tim Noakes. Truth matters.
