Hey folks ! Just to let you know I focused more on the middle parts of Italy. But no matter which part of the country you visit I am sure you will enjoy some of the cool towns. 😎

Sicily is in the middle part of Italy? Apulia, Como (Lombardy), Trento ? What map are you using?

I am American and was lucky enough to spend the prime of my life in Italy. I have traveled alll over the world extensively and lived in Japan for 3 years and my wife an I were the first American allowed as tourist into China about 1982. The best part of all was living in Italy for 37 years,and not just Italy,but Tuscany,and not just Tuscany but Florence,and not just Florence but the hills above Florence. I am very aware that I was extremely fortunate to have this experience. Now I will tell you what I learned: the best thing by far about Italy is the Italian people...they are warm,frienly,beautiful,welcoming people and make good long lasting friendships. The cities and countryside,islands,mountains,museums,hixtory,archiology are breath taking. If you like food,then this is paradise eternal and every region is a different flavor. We have been back in the states for 8 years and I really missed it and this fall I will return for a month of in depth travel as my bucket list for my 78th. Year. You must go here first and above all.

@@angelnorwind6813 I am louis from above post and on my last day of a month in Italy. I recommend that you come alone or with someone,it will be worth the effort. This was my bucket list and I spent much more money than I normally would. I rented a car for the full month in order to save time an aggravation of busses and trains. Hotels and meals I paid more to get the right hotel ($230 a night-Positano hotel Gabiano)for a good view,it has been a very expensive trip,but worth it. Driving the auto-strata was not a problem similar to US. The smaller roads were like Bumper- cars at Luna Park,especially in the mountains. I am 78 and my driving skills are reduced a lot,and it was stressful a lot,but I would do it again. I spent 4 days in the Dolomites(a must see)hiking, 3 days at 5 Terre,3 days Saturnia Hot springs,3 days Rome,4 days Amalfi, 3 days Venice,4 days Tuscany.this was a good schedule. Good time to come is mid sept.-mid Oct. Much less tourist,prices lower,not so hot and usually the best time of year.there was more rain than normal lost 5 days due to rain, but got to see the changing of the leaves and everything was "Golden" good for photography. I did a lot of planning and exercise to prepare and glad I did. No matter what you have to go through Italy is worth the effort, as for safety I would say much safer than most of our large cities.

My parents are from calabria and i live in piedmont...i love both regions. In Calabria i go to Le Castella and to beautiful beaches of Isola di Capo Rizzuto...to Capo Colonna and Crotone. There are typical villages (Tropea or Morano Calabro), ghost cities ( Pentedattilo), mountains (Sila)...in calabria you can also ski seeing the sea in Aspromonte. In piedmont the only thing that miss is the sea...because there are beautiful mountains (Monviso), hills (Langhe), lakes (Maggiore), rivers (Maira) and paddy fields (Novara and Vercelli). And there are also many beautiful villages or cities! ...and food is also good! And dont forget Turin!

I’ve travelled to 17 of the 20 regions in Italy and countless big and small towns. While you did cover many beautiful places you put too much emphasis on the Lake districts and Tuscany and missed out some of the most beautiful in Puglia, Abruzzo, Umbria and Calabria and Sicilia to name a few. Lucca, Lecce, Alberobello, Ragusa, Tropea, Salmona, Siracusa are just some amazing places that pop into mind. Or what about Liguria? Sardegna? I feel if you limit to 25 you shouldn’t focus only on places you know of
@giovannimoriggi58332 жыл бұрын
Wow. Your experience is over of many Italians. Maybe now you know it: how can one shows enough places of Italy in one video?… They try to do it, maybe they pretend to do the very best. But it’s just for fun. Let’s consider that besides the always-present large views there are palaces, villas, castles, and all the houses and museums to go through… 💚🤍❤️

@@LifestyleHal Like Giovanni mentioned, it's tough to do a listicle like this for Italy. Sorry i have read more comprehensive and balanced ones compared to yours. Maybe after you get to tour more towns, villages and cities in more regions then present the best 25 to visit. I still want to travel more to give it justice. Peace :)
