Whn i was suffering and struggling there was no one there For me.. thankfully me ab thik hu.. mere bad waqt me muje jaise support ki zarurat thi, bhale hi wo support muje nahi mila, lekin maine decide kiya hai k i wl be that support for others in their bad phase.. I m already doing that, hv prevented some suicides as well.

This video made me so emotional especially when he said he used to argue with his Dad and one day suddenly he lost his Dad. I used to argue with my Mom over very silly things..one day suddenly 3 years ago.. she had cardiac arrest and she passed away...I regret so much about the unnecessary arguments I had with my Mom..even if I loved her and will always love her very much. The guy in this video acts very well

I think there's something unreal at the last. The way her mood got changed.. It's not the way depression treats you. If you have got to the limit of suiciding, nothing makes you smile.. Our brain is like "mujhe kuchh nhi sunna, I don't know anything, I just want to die.." So it's not that easy as shown. Your brain takes everything negatively at that time. That's the reality of depression. And yes, there need not be specified issues like breakup, or job. Even a normal person can be depressed.. A person who had faced it, can only feel it. Remember, the case when a person comes to the limit of ending his life isn't that light as shown.
