😅Having no narration is a challenge. On the sock since it went so quickly I had to conjure that you were going back through the blanket stitches to make the next row. To slow down video, at top right tap 3 dots/cogwheel for menu - speed - also other options like subtitles called 'captions' which sometimes has another language too. Also often at the bottom of the DESCRIPTIONS page is a bar saying TRANSCRIPT & this has the whole audio in words to follow what is being said, can be selected to copy+paste into a word file (needs edit & relaying to look like dialogue, useful for keeping written instructions)
