Shed Repo?
Yes, just like cars and anything else that is financed.
Sheds are typically on rent-to-own terms and if they fail to make their rental payments we pick them up.
My wish is not for anyone to get anything repossessed but rather for everyone to make great decisions and prosper.
I understand people fall on hard times and that sucks but it all comes down to responsibly, if you can't pay you can always voluntarily return it.
Here are a couple quotes we should live by:
Compound interest is the eighth wonder of the world. He who understands it, earns it ... he who doesn't ... pays it. ― Albert Einstein
Live like no one else today, so you can live like no one else tomorrow. --Dave Ramsey
Thanks for watching
Have a great Day. Josh

I think I would have tried putting a set of dolly wheels on the lower side and held the service line up with a 2x4. That would have leveled things out quite a bit. But.......I am not the expert. You are and you got the job done with no damage or injuries. Cudos.

Unfortunately, you can't put the dolly wheels on the lower side. You can only put them on the front or back where the floor joists are lined up. The dollys fitted under the joists and don't move. There is nothing to hold it on the lower side, and will fall off.

Darn!!!! That was a bit exciting, and I wasn't even there! Whoever put that shed there had to have been very lucky not to have rolled it going in much less setting it up, and the real kick in the pants is it's a live power line and a metal roof less than 2 foot of clearance, damn wonder the whole shed didn't go up in flames

@@zakksrage Those are cement cap blocks and they weigh 33 pounds each. They are not concrete bricks. You can look them up at Lowe’s like I did. I think they cost less than three dollars each. Given the friction between a wood floor and the cement block, chances of them sliding are drastically reduced.

Put those blocks on the floor on the uphill side. The center of gravity will shift way down and way to the uphill side. Still, any landing (or loading) you can walk away from is a good one.

I do not think everyone knows that this type of work can be dangerous it varies from job to job, you are there to retrieve for a shed that was not paid up, and the renter thinks that they can get as much time as they want not paying for shed and return at their convenience, not true, your time, gas count and you get paid when you get shed back to rental agency. Thanks for the continued great videos and stay safe .....know you and your wife work hard in this business.
