You know the people living in the red roof shed are shitting bricks because they might be out on the street. I would guess this guy, big man with the big house and shiny black car, buys these tiny houses (sheds) then rents them out for people to live. Only problem is it seems he's not using the rent money to make the payments on the sheds. And you know he's getting the rent because that guy would toss out his "tenants" if they were even one day late. But he gets pissed when the shed company comes to collect payment or the shed when he doesn't make his payment. Very curious how they get away with this.

We reposed a RTU, “Rooftop Air Conditioning Unit,” off of a Liquor Store. The owner was vacationing in the Caribbean at the time. We had the Court Order, he didn’t believe we’d carry it through. Was on the Phone telling his employees to move their vehicles to block the Crane, we told them in no uncertain terms, what would happen, if they did that. We pulled the unit just before a huge thunderstorm hit. I can imagine it destroyed the Liquor Store, via the gaping hole in the roof. Store Employees were told to get plywood and tarps, as we weren’t responsible, for the opening it left.
