I’m glad to hear a Khmer KZbinr talk about health and vitamins. I do all the things but sometimes I have a hard time explaining it to my mom because my Khmer is limited 😅. I’ll have to let her watch this video. Something you might want to watch out for is the Costco green tea. Since it’s in a plastic tea bag it releases a lot of microplastic if you’re pouring straight boiling water into it. You can Google and see for yourself. It’s fine if you let the hot water cool off to the best tea steeping temperature. It’s something I found out about a year ago.
