▪️ Cooking Oil - 3 Tbsp
▪️ Minced Garlic - 1 bulb
▪️ Shallot or red onion - 1x
▪️ Galanga- 7 Slices
▪️ Star Anise - 7x
▪️ Cinnamon Stick - 4x
▪️ Lemongrass - 5x
▪️ Red Thai Curry Paste - 3Tbsp
▪️ Homemade Red Curry Paste - 3 Tbsp

▪️ Bo Kho Paste - 1 Jar ( Pick up from Chinese Grocery Store )

What’s the difference between your homemade curry and Thai curry in the plastic tub??

Red Thai Curry is very spicy and my homemade curry is not as spicy. If using all Red Thai Curry, the broth would be very spicy for me so I usually mix the 2.
