How fun!!! I loved the walruses also!! Very cool! The monkeys were interesting. I knew the scarlet Ibis! You would enjoy the Detroit Zoo! It’s in Royal Oak Michigan. People can feed the giraffes 🦒 there too but it’s much more controlled. We have gorillas & chimpanzees that i love to see! Thank for sharing!

You guys look great and this was a really nice zoo, especially compared to pretty much any one I have been to in Thailand. This was a lot of fun!
@LifewithSerg18 сағат бұрын
The drive-through Safari Park was wonderful. The zoo itself was pretty nice as well. I’ve heard that a lot of the zoo in Thailand are not great, so I was a little hesitant, but I definitely recommend this place.

Doing business in a zoo is not just about animals. You need to have a place to grow crops to feed these animals. Zoos don't buy vegetables sold in the market because they contain pesticides. This is why the entrance fee is expensive.

I can only imagine that it’s an expensive business to run. For what we got to see, I thought it was a great value.

There’s another safari-style zoo in Kanchanaburi I’ve been to. There’re less animals there but they’re really interested in you, walking up to the car and look inside and such. We didn’t rolled the windows down during carnivore zone, of course, but a lioness apparently loves my taillights so she bit it and try to pulled it out. The mark is still there😂

I have the sudden urge to go to the zoo now. I think I been to one as a kid but too young to remember anything from it so probably more enjoyable as an adult?
@LifewithSergКүн бұрын
I’ve never been through a drive-through Safari zoo like this. It was really fun. As for the zoo experience itself, I always have mixed feelings. I enjoy seeing the animals, but I feel sad that they are not free.
@icekangz817Күн бұрын
Understandable, but if all the dangerous animals were running free then there might not be much to see. You ever see videos of people in drive through lions/Tigers enclosures and for some unknown reason they get out of the vehicle and wonder why they just became food? Yes I understand your feelings but the price of safety comes with a cage. Have you been to any of the zoos with Tigers roaming and can pet them?
@LifewithSergКүн бұрын
@icekangz817 I would say that it’s one thing if it’s a place that is taking care of animals that are injured or just cannot be in the wild. Like I said, just have mixed feelings.

Hi thank you for the video could I ask , would the Constant car emissions not be bad for the animals and birds, I am going to thailand soon and I make youtube videos on nature and wildlife and sadly have to use zoos to get my content , do you know which is the most ethical zoo zround Bankok, we will be going on nature trails but just in case , thank you for all the amazing videos , the bird with the spiky hair, or crtown as you called at 2.29 was an African crowned stork and the one beside him is a Marabou stork

I once went to a private function at the half Moon Bay aquarium in California. It was a private Christmas party for a large semiconductor company. They had different food stations spread out. One of them was a sushi station. I’ll tell you, it was a little odd eating sushi while walking around an aquarium. 😂🤣

I cannot believe the transformation of this place in a few months. We went at Christmas and the place was horrible. Most places closed, performing monkeys (literally, they had them act out muay thai), elephant shows; we were disgusted by it. For transparency, are they still doing these malpractices or have they cleaned up their act. If they have abolished these then I would take my son there again. As always great video, I just want to know if in 10 months the place has gone from an animal rights disaster to a place where the animals are happy and not mistreated.
@LifewithSergКүн бұрын
To be fair, we didn’t go to any of the shows because by the time we got inside, it was already too late. But they had at least three or four different areas where they had animal shows. The upkeep of the place inside the zoo wasn’t horrible, but Wasn’t the best either. I’m not sure what you saw 10 months ago, but this is the way it looks now. Most of the animals that I saw with human handlers were treated very well.

You can definitely buy cheaper tickets if you don’t want the food option. However, I think the cheapest ticket is still right around ฿900.
@Funnyboy2402Күн бұрын
Zoo is always very expensive. They have massive cost every day just to feed the animals. Evey lion needs 10-20kg meat and the same with tigers and lepards. And fresh salat and leafs also. Its all adding up. Plus paying for the land and sallary and so on. Thats why its so expensive. But most places its great to go in.
