Prayer is powerful and The Lord is the healer. Please take turmeric with black pepper and up your vitamins D3 and K2 ALOT. Turmeric helps with inflammation which causes pain and also none of us get enough vitamin D3. With K2 it helps reduce swelling and makes calcium go where it needs too. Comes from grass fed meat, among a few other sources, but we don’t get enough of any. Also grass fed butter. Reduce any sugar. It’s all pretty bad. Especially that corn syrup and fake sugars in our foods. Helps cause inflammation and cancer etc
