Lift&Flip PickUp&Laydown Drill

I’m remaking this without the wind and drifting boats! This is one of my favourite training drills for both picking targets as well as momentum transfer from body&forearm to hand&rod. There are lots of possible variations too, including all planes. And you should practise it off your opposite shoulder too of course.
