Thanks for your comment. We know that the Drizoro Maxseal Flex system is applied in two coats as manufacturer’s specifications. However as you can see in the video the first two coats were applied with a Drizoro ​​brush because this is a difficult membrane to apply with a roller, probably you know that it is a thick membrane. As you can see the third coat was applied with a roller, which means the third coat we applied was very thin and with the purpose only to make the job neat, with a good finish, with straight lines since the masking tape wasn't sticking very well as the concrete slab was still with a little moisture, in short there is no need to apply 3 coats, the third coat was just to make a good finish and straight lines without stick tape.
