The 1st lift is an Express. I’ve actually visited this place while back before this video was published, That time the lift was being modernized, I asked the lift engineers and they said this was a express.

yes, I agree. And even though the lifts have been modernized, they are not that bad. This hospital still appears to be some kind of nice location for me. I only heard that they want to close the emergency unit here, not that they want to demolish the entire building, which would be strange :S
