Hey Shawna… I finally found cornbread on your page that suits my taste buds. I did add a little brown sugar to the white sugar and replaced the oil with a little butter by melting it first in my cornbread pan while heating the pan in the oven. Then, cooked at 375 for approximately 30 minutes. In addition, once the cornbread began to brown while baking, I covered it so it would not burn to finish cooking throughout. It was absolutely delicious and perfect. Thanks for showing your video.😄🙌🏽👍🏽😋

If you try it please add 1/3 c oil just before you add the milk. I forgot to mention that.

Thanks for the recipe, I'm giving it try today, I've never tried cornbread. But it was in a book I just finished so they made it sound really nice and so do you. I'm just wonderdering is your oven fan assisted or just a regular oven. I can use either but I guess if its fan assisted or min fan then the time or temp might change. (I'm in Ireland, so not sure if in America they use different oven types) thanks.
