Light for plants !

If you live in #berlin or a city like ours, fall is knocking on your door and the light is decreasing everyday… as light is super important for our plants to thrive, there are ways we can help them and here I’ll go more into details on the tips for this video:
➡️🪟 move your plants closer to the window, especially if you have a south, east or west facing window as these are the ones that get the most sunlight in the northern hemisphere 🌐 check for possible obstructions, and clean your windows well so more light can come in. Oh! Make sure to avoid heating vents, especially with your tropical plants, as the air will be very dry there 🌬🪴
➡️🌀rotate your plants 25 degrees every week or so, this will make sure they grow evenly and not to one side following the sun ☀️✨
➡️🧼 clean the leaves of your plants: believe it or not, dust on the leaves of your plants also adds to the obstruction to the light. Try cleaning them regularly so they can get all the light they can (this will also help with the prevention of pests) 😉

Most of my sun-drinking houseplants are already near the window. So, I let them have direct sun in the very early morning, or very late evening hours by simply opening the drapes.
