Hi, I can see you’ve commented on several videos of mine so wanted to respond. Sorry to hear you’re upset. It is specified returns are not free. I am in the UK so can only speak for UK returns and here it is not expensive, usually around £7/10 mark.

@@CharlotteFarrar hi, can you please help me with some details? regarding this lightinthebox site. I made a recent order 7 days ago. I ordered some crochet hair extensions. I confirmed the payment of 265.96 Ron, having the sum of 300 Ron on the card, and they stole all of it. after confirmation and money taken, immediately after a second they sent me a message that the payment was not confirmed because it took too long. I kept sending them tickets and nothing? how should i proceed?

@@CharlotteFarrar they say that the processing time between banks should last between 5 and 10 days. I lost my patience not having anyone to fix this problem with and it became very frustrating. I'm waiting 3 more days. I hope that everything will take a correct turn and that I will receive either my order or money back because they stole more than the order itself. if I had more money on my card, what would I do?

You must be kidding! All Light in the box colthing is so cheap. You must work or get kick back from them.

There’s a variety of clothes on light in the box some more affordable and some more on the higher end. I’ve also never had any issues with light in the box at all wether that be products, sizing, shipping or customer service.
