From the middle of video I began receiving many downloads which brought me to a bout of crying my eyes out! I apparently needed to release it. I had pretty bad knee pain at the time, being made worse by a temp job. It improved straight away and I'm so happy that now I don't have any at all, despite doing intense yoga over last few weeks.
