HAVE SEEN THEM IN SOUTHWEST, MO. LOMA LINDA, MO. JUST SOUTH OF JOPLIN. VERY BRIGHT COLOR ON THE MALE. TROPICAL. HAD SOME LAND ON THE SLIDING GLASS DOOR HANDLE ADMIRING ITS REFLECTION.

Baltimore Orioles are not found in the Philippines. You may have seen a Dark-Throated Oriole. Or maybe a Golden Oriole?
