Dang! One more thing I gotta make for my Halloween scene! Black, orange and some yellow crayons will get used. Thanks so much for this awe inspiring craft!

Beyond charming as always and this one inspired me to light up three small paper mache houses in my village with one strand of fairy lights , folding the wire as needed. can't wait to see them lit up tonight as sometimes flameless candles aren't quite enough. From another video I used orange foil behind and inside a mini egg carton stone fireplace to boost the light . Thanks so much for all of these ideas !

I love how you took Ara's great idea and put your own spin on it to make it even better! Thanks for sharing 😊

These turned out wonderfully. I’m so happy that both you and Ara watch each other for inspiration - my two favorite crafters! Thank you for the tutorial.

Ara and I have been friends for a long time. I fell in love with her Addams Family build around the same time I started Gnomey’s world! Over a decade ago ❤️❤️❤️

Loove the lighted candles especially..I made larger ones but not the dollhouse house.I used hot glue for the drips but then had to paint same color as the candle..love the pumpkin house and outhouse!!

These are cute. I had an idea where you could form a paper bead around the wire below the light. You could make it as tall and as thick as you like. Then you can drip some wax or hot glue near the top. I haven’t tried this idea yet.

Ohhhh yes!!!!!! That would work too. Dang, great idea! ❤️❤️❤️

I love these! I am going to have to experiment with these to make a chandelier! I wonder if you could cut off all but about 5 of the lights furthest away from the power end and still have them work. ? Yep, experiment is in order!

I wondered the same but haven’t tried cutting them yet lol I keep running out of strings.. I’ll have to buy many so I can sacrifice one 😂

@@WhereTheGnomesLive Well, if you do, I hope you'll make a video out of it! And if I do, I'll let you know! 😀

@@WhereTheGnomesLive I just saw a video where the woman cut off the lights individually and did get them to light ip. She used the round flat type of batteries with one wire going to one aide of the battery and the other wire going to the other side of the battery. I just don't know how she determined which wire was negative and which was positive. LOL I wish I could share a link. I'll have to look and see if I can find her channels name. Her name/channel is Yelena Day, and the video I watched is Haunted Dracula Portrait. It's really cool what she did!
