Genuinely, I agree with the dubbing. It felt more gritty, and it paired well with that grit of the original series. The VAs are all amazing and have improved a ton, but I can't help but have nostalgia for some of the older performances. Vegeta, Frieza, the kids, etc

Fox was the hardest character for me to get into Elite Smash for that exact reason. His main confirm to kill only has about a 20% window. If you don't hit that, you are just fishing for a raw read Bair, upair, or upsmash in neutral. And EVERYONE knows that those are Fox's only ways to take stocks, so they just hold shield . He can't break shields unless the opponent is very careless. He can't gimp or edge guard. He has no invincibility or super armour to cheese with. I'm not saying he is bad by any means. But Light is absolutely correct in saying that he struggles to kill.

The serious Goku that's gone is a result of the western audience meeting the easter audience. Goku was never intended to be as serious as the west portrayed him; the way we grew up with. So Sean Schemmel is trying to be faithful to that portrayal in his later years as Goku. Edit: For Tenkaichi, the Great Ape Vegeta fight isn't even that crazy, you either haven't played in years, never played, or are bad. I promise you, when you go back into that fight after progressing in the game it will be a lot easier for you. I ran through the side-by-side storyline as soon as I got the game, and a friend pointed out that's definitely why the fight was easy for me. If I ran into GA Vegeta immediately like most people, I would be getting clapped too.
