To answer your question with Misa, when a Shinigami kills someone with their Death Note, the remaining lifespan of those they killed are added to their own giving them pseudo-immortality. When Jealous saved Misa from her attempted killer, she was give Jealous’ remaining lifespan as when Shinigami saves someone who’s meant to die, they instantly die as it’s taboo for them care about a human and save them from death and his lifespan was given to Misa giving her a lifespan exceeding that of a normal human. Henceforth since Rem killed L, Watori and everyone else, she ended up dying to protect Misa and thus her lifespan was given Misa’s.

@@baalgodofrain its unknown as far as i know, but she got jealous's life and rems so im assuming at least a couple decades, even after two eye deals, so probably dies in her late 30s to early 40s is my best guess. Edit:- I forgot rem killed watari and L before disappearing, meaning misa got the remaining time from L and watari, on top of however much rem had before, so misa was probably going to live into her 80s or 90s if she doesn't do the deed herself.

Something I find interesting…according to the video “could L catch the Joker” L is willing to resort to methods that are just straight up illegal…so I can imagine (I haven’t watched Death Note, but it’s on my list) L saying “we need to survey everyone with ties to the police” Light’s dad replying “that illegal” and L just going “do you wanna catch this guy or not?”

Roughly Beyond Birthday; or 'B' was one of the first generation of orphans living up to becoming L's successor, whom was expected to fail. Pretty much BB was the main antagonist to the LA Murder Case(Which happens before the 'death note' came into the story), pretty much challenging L to uncovering the case and leaving clues for L. If I remember right BB looks somewhat similar to L. There's a lot more to him but i tried keeping it short and simple I def recommend reading the La BB Murder Case

The physical copy is sick too, the one I got, the black of the cover is a little fuzzy, the skulls are bright and reflective and it comes with its own black book ribbon for you to keep your place. I'm not one to collect physical manga but this was a novel that I couldn't pass up.

I'm pretty sure that the Z fighters don't talk about their friends deaths outside of their group, especially if they know they can bring them back, with Goku being the only exception due to how long he was dead for.

41:12 It has been so long since I saw this anime but I think that is the reason why Misa is still alive. When a shimigami dies to protect the person they love or care about a portion of that shinigami's lifespan will be inside The human that they saved or they get all the lifespan not 100% sure.

To explain why Raye Pember thought it was a good idea to give the names of his team to Light, it's because Light wrote that he would do that in the Death Note. He wrote that Raye would be there, go along with his commands, give him the names and then die after getting off the train, so that's what he did. He probably could have just made him drop them off without any reason, but was either trying to conceal just how much the Death Note could influence someone, or wasn't sure it could make someone do something they would have no reason to do and wouldn't under normal circumstances. I think he tested it earlier, and found that if he tries to make someone do something they can't or absolutely wouldn't do, they just drop dead of a heart attack, and he didn't want that to happen with Raye and cost him his only in with the team.

Thank you, for the part where you said Light going after the FBI was a stupid thing. Because even the most average of criminals know that if one is being investigated, they should lay low and do nothing. Light could still have kept writing in the Death Note, and be cautious, like he was when his room had cameras. It goes to show that although smart, he's not exactly the genius people make him out to be. I have to preface that he is intelligent, before saying people are overblowing his intelligence, because the fans get butthurt that someone should call out a character. Sorry for the lengthy post.
