Slowing down a song gives the lyrics and meaning/purpose/story of the song a whole new perspective and view of it. The first one can be seen hyping up/raising the morale of an army and now this song is a Dirge to all the soldiers lost in the battle. A commander contemplating if his war campaign was worth all the sacrifice he had to go through. (this is just my take on the lyrical meaning)
