Wow, I haven't seen the crew dog patches since tech school.

what would cause the laser not to cut around the patches correctly? we align the marks but for some reason it will still be off.

@@DennisLykins-f1x I have found that I have to only have 1 lightburn window open and everything else closed on my Mac to get the proper cut! Idk if the apps interfere or what

Do you have soft or hard inks in your printer?

These are soft inks since 99% of what I do is hat patches. The hard ink will crack when bent.

@ yes, I knew about hard inks cracking on bendable materials. I have hard inks and really love how vibrant they are compared to soft or even neutral/semi-flexible inks but I cannot laser cut my stuff without the ink chipping. I used to do it with neutral ink with a different printer but can’t find this type of ink for my printer. I print on wood and acrylic. Thanks for replying, I appreciate it.
