Great pair of boots, had the V7s and I love the improvements with the Furon V8! The lacing system is tighter, heel is comfortable, sole plate is so grippy! Still love the Nike GX2/Luna knit upper, and the Mizuno Alphas are super comfortable w/ that insole BUT these Furons are definitely in the rotation! Just ordered Alpha 2s and waiting for a sketcher/asics release.

v7+ Pro TFs are the best turf boot I've worn in years.

Much prefer the fully off-center lacing of the v7/v7+. Those boots strike the ball like a speed boot version of the T90, which I miss greatly. The v8 going with a less aggressively off-center lacing is a step back for me. I'll be staying with the v7+ as long as I can.

I would personally prefer the Tekelas mainly because I order the shaping. They just fit me a little better and I like that they aren’t quite as thin. Both great boots, but fairly different ones, so it depends on what you like/want

I don’t know if anyone here believes me or not but NB boots have been the best for me. They’re better than adidas and Nike or even puma cuz I own all of them. My Tekela V4+ and 442 v2 have been the best to me. My Phantom Venom was not nowhere close to Tekela honestly. You guys need to take them seriously from now.

It looks ugly to be honest. The worst looking speed boots from all the big brands by far. The v7's themselves were terrible, for me at least. The stitching in the forefoot meant I couldn't even get my foot in unless I removed the insoles, and even then it was extremely painful.
