Very cool! I wonder if you could make a mount for this motor that would replace the chain guides in long tail bikes? Probably something to focus on after you’ve gotten these shipped out, but it seems like an untouched niche in the market. Cargo bikes are instead being deployed with hub or mid drive motors, but a motor that replaced the chain guides would be cleaner and actually reduce some of the weight it’s adding by replacing the typical chain guides used in long chain long tail cargo bikes.

You neglect to mention that the existing crank arms and and chain ring must be replaced with a freewheel crank arm set and chain ring in your kit.

No. It needs the freewheeling crankset, which is only available for square taper or ISIS bottom brackets.
