This week, I'm showing you 10 beautiful lighthouses of Ireland! Some you can stay at, some are inactive, and some have been voted most beautiful in the world! So have a look, and let me know if YOU have been to any of these, or which ones you would like to go see. My father RIP was a lighthouse keeper in Ireland. He was on many of these, including Skelligs and Fastnet Rock. I have a painting he did of The Fastnet. When a keeper was on a rock station, like Fastnet, then the family lived on shore. Where the lighthouse was on land then we lived in the dwelling houses.

My goodness every time I see pics or videos of Ireland I am always left in awe with its beauty! Would love to visit there one day. Thank you for sharing some history of their amazing lighthouses! My favourite was fastnet what a beautiful lighthouse would love to be the keeper of that one haha
