There's definitely a lot more coming. I'm still ironing out the logistics of recording videos there and trying to edit them at home but we have the freedom at camp to shoot quite the ridiculous amount of fireworks. I've got a lot of ideas cooking up already 😁

It's been so much fun going up there! We're just home from our second trip up as I write this. Woke up to frost on the grass this morning which means overnight stays might be done until spring 🙁. Fortunately, with the early sunset this time of year, we'll be able to go up and shoot throughout the winter and make it home for bed.👍

It's a great spot and I've got a lot of plans. I'm still working out how to produce decent videos up there. Every trip up there're a few more improvements. Regardless, we're still loving shooting up there. You'll see a lot more of Pyro Camp in the future.

We really like it there. Over time, you'll start to notice improvements as we build the camp into our long term vision. Winda definitely took the helicopter competition but I've gotta say those smoke cannisters from TGAFC in the earlier segment were really impressive 😃

Thank you sir! We're really happy with it, not just for fireworks, but from a camping standpoint also. It's really a blank canvas at this point. Whatever we decide to do, we'll definitely be shooting a lot of fireworks there!

It's a great spot but there's still a lot of work to do. Both in preparing the camp the way we want and figuring out the best way to record demos there. It'll be a fun but ongoing project for a long time to come.

What, no parachutes? Seriously, CONGRATS!!!!! Looks beautiful and I'm sure you will create many happy memories there with the kids and family. Though I don't shoot girandolas because I value the good graces of my neighbors and the piece is just are too hard to control against any type of breeze, I have to admit the juxtaposition of the girandola's flight to the cake's burst cloud was very nicely done in the video. Epic!

Ha! 😂 I actually had two single shot parachutes in the pyro box! We just never pulled them out. This was the first time I had more fireworks than we had time to shoot. I wound up cutting two video shoots last night, a rocket comparison and some cannisters. (I'll still have them, just another time). By the time I made it to the girandola shoot, the boys were both worn out and hunkered down over the campfire, hence the clever edit where I teleport from lighting the display all the way to a good distance to record from. Glad you liked it. "Epic" is just what I was hoping for! I've got a lot more plans for upcoming videos. ... and we're going back next Saturday 😃

It's so nice to have our own place. I'm still working on how to organize recording there. We've got a lot of work to do getting secure storage and a decent work space set up but you'll see a lot more videos coming from up there in the future.

It's a great place. I've been setting up a separate rocket range and elevated fountain set in addition to the launch pad. We've only actually spent 24 hours there and there's lots to do but we'll continue to make more improvements with each stay. Going back again next Saturday 😃👍💥

That’s a great pyro camp and I am sure the boys will love going there. It would be fun to hook up and send some stuff up together maybe next august me and one of the Bear pond pyros are going to PGI and after I am heading to Maine for a long weekend. We might be able to do something that weekend at the pond I will check with the other pyro and if it works out we have plenty of room for you and the boys to stay the night at the big house.

Sounds great. It would be a lot of fun to get together. I'm sure you could teach me a thing or two with pyro technique too. I'm always eager to work with people who know more than me, it's the best way to learn 👍
