Shouldn't be that surprising that they exist i mean you hold sparklers in your hand. Also there's a fountain at phantom called light of liberty fountain that you hold as well. I also seen one called black beard cutlass that's shaped like sword that i think you can hold as well. That buzz saw one i was thinking wouldn't it be cooler if it was made to where maybe you didn't hold it but it was on a track like a chainsaw and it was propelled around the end shooting sparks. Kind of like the ground spinning one but more like a oval shape going around the "bar" so to speak. Have the individual fountains on the track facing forward like the way a saw cuts on the top side then as it goes around the end and returns it'll be facing the other way.
