I really like the demo 1 like vibes and the light effect is nice, what if different collison/terrain tiles had different levels of light absorption and reflection to make it a little nicer? And some more particles, a bit of sqwatch and stretch to the player and the enemies's animations, the light having a different color hue, and objects and tilrs being affected by the hue would end up with an even nicer result, Im not going to pretend Im a coder, Im not, this is just me spitballin some ideas to make it look even nicer, still looks great and adds a unique vibe to this project of yours, good job man.
