This song works well with Tokyo Ghoul as well like Kaneki has overcome another obstacle first it was Jason and the torture, then being captured by the CCG and having his memories erased, then having to lose Arima someone he was close with and in the end everything works out for him.

This song is the best for SAO, it perfectly describes whats happening there and gives back their mental state :D And as we think about it, the lyrics almost perfectly align with the story or the happenings: "Everyday I'm just surviving, keep climbing the mountain" - the everyday life of a front-liner in SAO (just no the mountain but the tower gets climbed) "Every time I think I'm over it, I wake up in the bottom of it all again" - Everyday anxiety and depression of the players :O but as the refrain keeps coming back it shows they dont give up despite the crippling psychological horror they go trough... "The higher I go the harder I fall" - The higher tower level they are the bigger the chance they lose a friend/family "So I don't look down, I don't look back at all!" - Despite the risk they can't stop, so they keep going forward. "When I'm lost and want to fade away, I tell myself to die another day" - Kirito's last legendary deed in SAO... And theres many more! I got bored of copying lyrics, but u got the point :3
