@@InvaderTroy with the amount of hours he has in the game that's inevitable. Even a game with the depth and replayability of hades becomes tedious when there's no changes or new things to try. If he hated it I don't think he'd give himself to play it. Plus I think these are all older vods that are being cut and edited into videos.

Chiron bow is always god tier. My first ever clear was Chiron with Dio special, with Low Tolerance and Curse of Nausea for maximum hangover DOTs.

Concerning the "winning the lottery" comment Dan was talking about, I definitely have to say that after seeing the 32 heat streak I went and started trying to work all the aspects at 32 heat, and there's definitely ways to low roll that Dan completely dodged. Particularly on Zag aspect rail, I tried it multiple times with the "no god keepsake" limitation and if things don't line up perfectly you just lack DPS and can't keep up with the tight deadline. After that experience I went back to rewatch the Zag and Eris aspect videos and Dan definitely did highroll on both those runs. Winning the lottery indeed!

Ares special works well on Chiron if you get the doom stacks boon and/or piercing special so you can doom multiple enemies. You can also just not lock on for your first special shot in a room and do a doom sweep on everyone you hit with the fan.

I actually tried a similar run recently where I used Aphrodite's Heartbreak Strike and Artemis' Deadly Flourish, to get max effectiveness out of Heart Rend. Sadly it never worked out well for me haha

I think they modified it t for Chiron/Rama, they hit way more frequently than they used to. You definitely get a consistent 3 bolts on standard Rama now.

I just had a beautiful run with crush shot and athena aphrodite duo boon and backstab damage buffed by chaos and athena, I did 1.1 k damage per cast at hades!

What if he took the heroic poseidon special and got a heroic zues attack, would sea storm still work on his specials?

I don't think so because the reason the lightning doesn't hit multiple times is that there's a cooldown on enemies getting struck by lightning. Maybe if the attacks knocked the enemy back far enough that an arrow from the special would hit after the first bolt but probably not

@@UniGya Actually this is the only time it works. Each special arrow triggers push. Each push triggers lightning bolt.

Ares on special + dire misfortune + impending doom = Easiest Win I have had. Hit attack once, 2 specials . Make that afro attack and watch curse of longing do extra damage once in a while

I just feel like dio is always better on special, plus if you get dio on special and Aphrodite on attack you can get the more hangover stacks duo plus if you get curse of vengeance from ares on top of that you can get the faster hangover duo with dio as well. All in all you get crazy damage crazy fast. Adding crits from Artemis on top of that and getting the duo with Aphrodite too? It’s insane.

In theory, yes because Poseidon can also be boosted with razor shoals and other hammer buffs. In practical terms Zeus is more consistent.

I believe I tried it and found it didn’t work very well. Arrows only triggered the push/lightning one or two times each volley (due to cooldown). Not sure if double strike would change that or not.
