I really really hope Reverse variants stay and become part of the norm from now on, they legit make every track be a 2 in 1 deal and lets you experience them in a different way, especially how some have their gimmicks and hazards change drastically by going backwards, like Koopa Cape's river becoming your enemy and encouraging you to stay dry because you're moving against the current, or DK Mountain's boulders now heading straight at you because you're now climbing the volcano rather than descending with the boulders And they could also incorporate the R/T variants to some tracks to make the Reverse variants more interesting, like Baby Park, where one variant takes you outside the circuit itself so you race closer to the surrounding attractions, they can easily expand that so the Baby Park R just straight up takes you all across the park, a complete opposite to the normal version that's just a very small 7 lap track

This is really cool! They were going to do some sort of reverse cup back in Mario Kart: Double Dash, but it was scrapped. I really do hope they add this feature to a home console Mario Kart one day because this is a lot more interesting than mirror mode IMO.

They were going to do this in 8 too, but because the original Wii U title for this game is extremely rushed it never seems to have gotten far, some filenames indicating ramps like these Tour ones could be found in the files. I'm really sad they scrapped this, adding R cups would add SOOOOOOO MUCH replayability to this game and I'd absolutely love it!

What an excelent job. I hope someday, maybe in the next Mario Kart Game, we will have a mode where we can play all the tracks backwards. It's so fascinating. You're doing a great job. These videos are so enjoyable. Will you continue with the other base game cups? It would be amazing to see tracks like Hyrule Circuit, Dragon Driftway and Super Bell Subway done backwards. But whether you do it or not, you had already done a great job.

doubt there will be a new mario kart game any time soon after all we just got an extra 48 courses for dlc, which probably was most of the ideas for a new mk game

@@doesleeknowreallyknowtho There's rumors pointing out next Mario Kart Game might come out in 2025. It's obviously not coming soon, but maybe with the next nintendo console. We got the Booster Course Pass because the models were already there from Mario Kart Tour. Porting them i believe wasn't as hard, and it was a great way to revive a game 2 years after release, and getting some extra money from one of the best selling games on the Switch. Also, we had Mario Kart 8 for 10+ years. The new game will definitely have some new ideas, not yet seen even on Mario Kart Tour.

Maybe it’s just me but I think this Makes Tick Tock Clock worse. It’s a very fun idea but with all the ramps it looks hard to see the track and where to go. Plus it looks impossible to do the last (first in reverse) shortcut. Again good idea but it doesn’t seem to work.

Once you get to the Booster Course Pass, your work should be cut out for you, since they're all from Tour. I've noticed the OG ramps are from the normal Variant.How come? Can you not just flip them to face the other way, and/or move them to another location? I would love to do stuff like this myself, If i did, i would NOT know where to start!!😅 GREAT JOB ON THESE!! these give it a whole new perspective if you're open to opinions or comments from the viewers, i've got some!! 🙋🏽‍♂️

Most of the ramps in the game are part of the track model, making them very difficult to change and not worth the time and effort.
