Tip: If you feel like you have too much lag on the ground/you do not have time to follow-up you could be hitting the ground before bair can be autocanceled and thus have to go through the landing lag of the move (18 frames). Make sure to wait for a few hits before fastfalling to land with normal landing lag (3 frames for fastfalling pichu). Hope this helps!

I don't have it down perfectly yet but you want to hold down after you hear the 3rd or 4th hit. Sound is definitely the best indicator for the timing before you get the feeling for it down.

I would have thought you’d mention campers, most notably Snake when played defensively I feel like they’re a pain in the ass and the longer the fight goes, the more we have a disadvantage damaging ourselves trying to engage while they deal damage safely. Pichu seems like her tools should be fine for dealing with snake, I just don't think I understand the counterplay for him yet. There is a chance I'm wrong and snake has a good matchup vs Pichu. As for other zoners, they're frustrating but I think once pichu gets in she can oppress them so well in disadvantage.

Hey! so there are a lot of misconceptions about stick sensitivity. The term itself is a poor translation and should really be called something like smash sensitivity. The only thing it effect is the timing window for smash attacks or other smash vs tilt inputs like link boomerang. It shouldn't have any impact on lightning loops unless you are trying to end it with a smash attack finisher. Hope this helps!

You are pressing bair too early. The knock back happens during the last hit of the spin. Delay the bair for half a second.

shuu During the pika loops, you have to fast fall at a certain time near the end of the bair. I recommend slowing it down to 1/2 speed, 1/4 speed, or if you really want to, to figure out the exact time you need to fast fall, go frame by frame
