Uni your input delay latency issue could be caused by some mods of Fast Flags that you use on your roblox, or even a virus (check your software, hardware), maybe you should also check up on your components like CPU (processor) GPU (graphics card) etc. And for the FPS just close your background apps taht you don't need nor use.

First fire fist was from fire v1 Second dragon claw was from dragon v1 Third they buff the stun on flame v2 1st skill (scorching fist) Fourth your opponent will stun stack when flame v2 2nd skill (twisting claw) wall band

So UK I jus csmr back to sctually playing the game and flame v2 is easily counterable with dxq all u need to do is wait for the chr8mson body to run out then don't ever jump and wait when they use anymore to combo start u either block the 1 2 u jump up and do 1 or u jus do 2 and if they do 3 u can jus use any instant ifram move for supernova u either dash away or use an instant iframs move
