Arguably the greatest song ever written! I was 14 years old when it came out and I still remember the first time I heard it. It was so special to me. Vietnam was just starting to get crazy. More than ever before, the youth of America were dead set against the war and the older members of our society, the split was drastic, the peace movement had just started, and America was more divided than anytime post the Civil War. People were changing, society was changing and definitely the music was changing. I was terrified of being drafted for the war, watching fire fights and killing every night on the news. It was such a different time than today. I remember it all very vividly and for me, it all started with this song. Thank you, I will never forget!

Wow! On another of Grace's videos, I wrote that the closest guitarist that I could think of, regarding her sound and tone, was BB King. Here she is saying he's her greatest influence. My ear is getting pretty good. Lol. 😊
