It really doesn't take luck. You can make thousands of dollars from this one stranger mission of you just pay attention to how many dice are in play and have a basic level of understanding of how bluffing works.

you need to kick as much data of a certain amount (1 to 6) as you have on the whole table, you look at your data and if you have for example 2 numbers 1, you kick 2 numbers 1, thus guaranteeing victory, because for more that they don't have numbers 1 in their data, you do, having a 100% chance of winning

Some tips if you’re struggling at playing liars dice: 1. Don’t lie if you don’t need to, if you have enough dice where you can just tell the truth do it, if they bet a high number call the bluff. 2. Only place a spot on bet if you’re certain and the other players are low on dice. (For example your opponent has 2 dice and bets on 2 3s, you have 1 3, chances are your opponent will be bluffing and will only have 1 3 adding to 2 3s total, in which case I would place a spot on bet. 3. Try to force your opponents to bid higher than the dice they own without bluffing too hard yourself
