+Erik Bakker Those are probably the fill for water and ice tanks some turbo boosted cars have in the trunk for heat exchange you are seeing. Some use dry ice in there which is why you see the smoke looking vapor coming out the hole in the trunk on the blue Mustang at about 12:30 in the video for instance

evac tanks. you will always see them on roots/alky combos. they make a lot of moisture and tons of blowby. the tanks are huge and not practical to squeeze under the hood.
