Sir,thank you for the good question.For this type materials it is not recommended to be use as firewalls because the outer surface covering of the precast are made up of fiber cement board.Thus this materials are weak when it absorb by water especially our tropical climate that frequently rains and visited by numerous storms.The outer surface covering will weakened and become brittle in the long run that’s why it is not recommended to be used as firewall and exterior walls.Hope this may answer your concern.Regards
