I am currently retrofitting Bi-Xenon headlights to an E70 which has factory fitted Halogen units. Those amber halos look really nice.

Timing might be off or after reseting the ecu make sure you let the car idle for 5 to 10 minutes so that the ecu relearns the sensor data

Put it in the oven on 60 degrees for 5-10 minutes you can pry it off in one piece completely as the glue will be softened

The Diode Dynamics halos can be cut anywhere. So modification is very easy to create the U-Shape.

Where do you get the aftermarket lenses? I’ve never been able to find lenses for my Pontiac G6

The suppliers have lenses for many euro and Japanese models. I dont see anything for the G6.

Is it possible to change the projector to Bi Led and if possible how are the dash errors delt with?

Not 100% sure the bi-led would work. The HID swap just barely clears the AFS swiveling. Would have to test on the next go around. NO errors with HID but LED you would need coding I believe.

How did you secure the Halos inside the housing? Epoxy resin, Beading wire, double sided tape?

@@Vinilla_Thunder All depends on the paint to you use and how you use it. We use SEM Trim Black. After a short baking cycle in the oven at a lower temp it can be assembled same day.

Would you recommend strengthening that frame from the AFS with something like a copper wire and JB weld? Or do you think it’s fine just the way it is after trimming

We believe in HID > LED. End of the day, it's the customers choice though. Nothing beats the serviceability of HID though.
