Its so easy all you have to do is put Liheap and the state you live in its simple to apply !They will tell you what you must have and you bring all your documents to the closest office to apply !

Applying on line is more difficult so go in person get the application or ask them to send you one fill it out bring all your documents with you that they request on the application and take it to the nearest Liheap office !And go as soon as the office opens or you will be waiting for hours ! And if you try to call them it will be a recording and it might take them a week to get back to you!

Same here and mine was $300!!! I have lived in my home for 30 yrs, have NEVER had to have the gas turned down this low to still see the highest gas prices ever. This is unconscionable and being done on purpose to the people of the US. I have to live in one room, door always closed, and with an oil heater running, because the rest of the house is far too cold most days. This is ridiculous and probably a form of torture, if you think about it. Nice (being sarcastic here).

@@TorturedSoulster I hear you completely. This is my first year owning a home. We don't have AC, and I'm someone that cannot tolerate heat well. We shall see what happens. I can handle 65F (most days), but I hate that I can't turn up the heat just to feel freaking comfortable. Scary times we live in right now. :( I wanted to set the thermostat down to 55F, but that wouldn't be good for my cats or my other pets I have. Hubby wouldn't let it go that low, either.
