Thanks for showing us the Nitori store! I’m going to Japan soon and cannot wait to explore all the beautiful places that Japan has to offer! Love watching your family, and pray for y’all’s safety with this seemingly never ending pandemic
I really enjoy learning about the differences between the US and Japan. Thanks for these kinds of videos. I totally get the amount of laundry you have to do. I have 5 kids. I am very thankful for my dryer!

Thank you so much! We REALLY miss our dryer from the States. That and the dish washer too. You can buy commercial dryers here, but they are way too big for our home!

I can't stop watching the fam! Really takes me out of reality watching the videos, can't wait to see more! Sending nothing but love from North Carolina.

I've been watching your channel for a long time and I love it😍 I am glad you guys are having fun time living in Japan and sharing them. There are a lot of discoveries about Japan from your videos. Even I'm a Japanese I didn't know the awesome places where you introduce in the videos. But to be honest with you, I loved your videos more before. Because you are having fun doing something with your family and shared them to us. Thesedays, your video's types are little bit change. You guys are introducing how to live in Japan and I feel I miss the videos which you guys are naturally enjoying your family time!!! I hope you would show us those types of videos again☺️ Thank you🤗🤗🤗

Oh, congrats for Joshua☺️ Well my favorite episodes are FujiQ and grand parents visit!! I am sure it's difficult filming something cool and fun videos during covid-19. But thank you for entertaining us!! I have a recommendation to visit. There is a cool town where is called Oshino hakkai in Yamanaahi. There are also some cool caves near by!!!
Haha what an adventure, came full circle. Buying the sheets, washing the sheets.... hey, at least now we know what the moist sheet option is! It comes pre-spilled on by Joshua. Great episode, learned a lot. Thank you

I love Nitori. There are currently 2 stores in California, but am hoping that Nitori will come to Hawaii. That is my original home and we always shopped at Shirokiya in Honolulu. We are hoping to return there permanently once the pandemic is over. I love your children and the fact that you didn't scold Joshua for an accident. You are the best (in Hawaii we say "ono") parents. Great video. (Patricia, Jerry's wife)

@@LIJ The name is different though.. over there, it's called "Aki-Home" :) I heard they were not doing so well. I guess one of the reasons is there are many great stores already like Home Goods, TJ-maxx, etc. They need your help promoting so that they can open up more stores in the U.S :)

Oh My, your Japan life is the best,. My friend in Michigan always says that He'll move to Japan in the future. Because, of course Japan is safety.
I also go to Nitori a lot. I forget the time when I look at various things. I was tempted to ask if the method of displaying the products was good, and I wanted this too. It is important for both Nitori and 100-yen shops to sort out what they need and what they don't. If you wash the sheets of Joushua who spilled the juice, you can use it, so it's okay.😃👍

Surprisingly, Japanese winters are cold. It's called midwinter from December to February. Early mornings can be as cold as -4 degrees Celsius. However, the air in the city is clean and pleasant. If you have any problems in Japan, please talk to people. It doesn't matter if you don't speak English or if you are an old man or woman. I am sure they will make a big fuss and use their wisdom to help you. They will certainly not give up to help you. They may look stern and tell you what to do, but they will smile at you. Yes, Japanese grandfathers and grandmothers are the leaders of us Japanese.

Yeah the Japanese heated sheets would be handy and kotatsu deck or table.I wish that the USA had stuff like this in Japan especially in the winter?!
こたつは、ダメ人間製造機 と呼ばれ、子供も大人も一度入ると出たくなくなり、そのまま朝を迎えることになります(笑) Kotatsu is called a "bad human manufacturing machine", and once both children and adults enter, they don't want to leave, and the morning comes as it is (laughs).
Nitori is nice! I like its 277yen wooden cloth hangers which are so low-priced and they won’t leave shoulder bumps! Hey it’s sorry but I have to say for your safety. Wear filter masks instead of sponge-like mask etc! The percentage of blocking is way different. Cheers.

Kotatsu makes human to idleness XD But it has a function to gather and stay people unlike other heating appliances, so It's recommended as a family communication device :) こたつは人をダメにする;; でも他の暖房器具と違ってこたつは人をとどめる機能があるので、冬は家族団らんの場としてオススメですよ♪

Some of the bedding sizes are similar to many countries here in Europe. Although we go 160 instead of 155 and 180 instead of 170 where I'm from, these still exist in some countries,I believe.

I enjoyed your video. I was just planning to find the boxes to organize the underneath the bathroom sink. Yes, I need to check NITORI. Thank you. About the dryer(for clothes), there are wash and dryer machine in one machine is now very popular. Also there has been a electric dryer for decades now. But I don’t recommend any of electronic ones. It’s powerless compare to American or German ones. It’s a matter of voltage difference(100-110v isn’t enough) What I have been using over 20 years (as matter of fact my mother used it too) is a Gas Dryer. It may not be popular among Japanese either, but once I use it, I can’t go back to natural drying or an electric one. I recommend to check with your local gas company.

Oh no, don't cover the warm bed pad with a bed sheet! It's supposed to be used on its own. It's the fluffiness that makes it warm. Kotatsu (the heating table) is the worst Japanese creation ever IMO, LOL!! Once you're in it, you never wanna leave it, it will make you lazy and you're gonna end up hating yourself, believe me, hahaha!
2:00 No wonder she hesitates to leave. The soft wool texture is addictive and cause of inability to get out of bed on a winter morning. recommend synthetic wool, which is inexpensive and easy to care for. :) Natural wool is difficult to manage
