I was planning to make him more difficult but i think it would be too unfun at that point so i'm happy with how he turned out for the moment being. I'm working on improvements on AI like punishing the player for attacking from a distance or extending their combos though

Yeah, given the massive AOE attacks this guy can pull off with little telegraphing, I can see why you decided to not go balls out with the AI. Having him constantly use those, as I imagine would unintentionally happen if you were to make the AI harder, wouldn't make for a very fun or interesting fight. This? As it is? It's basically perfect.
