Actually, those sub-bosses are actors in the Nihon Toitsu series (Japan Unification Series) of the Yamazaki Ichimon. The 4 actors decided to become a member of the Watase Family while the other 4 decided to become an agent of the Daidoji Faction: A. This long battle on Professional might be one of the hardest ones in the series. Hyper-aggressive enemies, most of them armed, a boss rush of mini-bosses, an entire army to fight through...this would be a late-game long battle in other games.

Maaan, Yoshimura was such a dissapointment of a character imo. He seems like a cool and colected character, ready to face any danger the faction tells him to, yet his fighting style is just run away and shoot gun. The fighting style doesn't fit him imo and takas away so much from his character.
