1st game to have a chinese dub. I don't think anyone sounds bad especially Majima & Kiryu they don't sound bad at all. Most of the people complaining just expecting all dubs to match with original Japanese voice.

@@willythekid0768 well to have the all the characters voiced by Chinese actors. Y0 doesn't count as specific characters speak native language like Lao Gui, Lau Ka Long, even Tachibana & Oda (yes some forget that they're both half Chinese)

The game is very popular in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. When it comes to Mainland, if they manage to break into that market then it will be raining cash for sega. Many publishers are totally fine with making adjustments or omissions to get their games released in the Mainland. And if someone wants content with no cuts, he can order it from Hong Kong, Taiwan or Singapore, with next-day delivery.

When it comes to the dubs, it seems that both Kiryu and Majima are catching random strays. For English, Kiryu sounds too young. For Chinese, Majima sounds too generic.
