Ichi seems to live on the south east of Ijincho, near the Otohime Soap Land; Hello Work agency and Seiryu Clan HQ... that's so great that we can actually guess locations of important places all this by analyzing the images and mentally placing them on the map. That's a feeling that you only can have with RGG games, for sure.

Watching this after playing the Gaiden story through and the IW Demo and goddamn this makes me even more excited for the release. This is the spiritual successor to my favorite game in the world Yakuza 5 because of the scale and I hope it can do what 5 wasn't quite able to and nail the story, combat AND sidecontent while still being a gargantuan game. High hopes

@@DW9427 It's easy to forget, but the management minigame was portrayed much more realistically in Y7. If Kiryu and Majima were shown raking in EVERYTHING to their pockets in Y0 for gameplay reasons, Ichiban, while earning much more than all his employees, only receive a measly 3 million Yen as regular salary compared to his company's total net worth. It's still a lot of money, but 3 million is chump change compared to the company's money. Besides, the games usually explain why the characters didn't continue their business ventures. From 0 to Kiwami, it was said that Kiryu's company fell down during the bubble burst of the 90s, plus the fact that he got back into the Yakuza meaning he wasn't around much to manage it. Majima, also went back to the Yakuza, and unlike Kiryu, he did not own the companies he managed. He was their manager, not their owner. The companies' money aren't his to take anyway. Infinite Wealth probably would just explain that after getting Ichiban Holdings to a stable and profitable point, he gave the President title to Eri and gave her his blessings to run it on her own.
