Thames water is a disgrace the bills keep going up every year yet we don’t get what we’re paying for the regulator should also be questioned it seems the regulators increase prices all the time I expect they’re given directorships when they leave and why are the shareholders and water executives being given so much of our money there seems to be some kind of dishonesty going on and we need people like Fergal Sharkey to keep at the water companies
