Sang this in 7th grade with 4 soprano, 4 alto, and 3 guys the conductor had mixed both 7th and 8th grade and the way the conductors father played the piano made all 11 of us cry and we sang this for the 8th grade send off that year

This is the SAB scoring. We sang this in All South Jersey Chorus (Jr High) 1986. We dedicated it to the Challanger shuttle disaster. My choir director in school loved it so much that we did it for our Spring concert 1987.

This has been a tradition at my school for a long time. Partly because our mascot is an eagle. Ps. My choir teacher wanted to stop doing after our previous principal left but we convinced him to keep doing it
